  1. Eligibility for Returns

Returns within 30 days of delivery are accepted on most unused, unworn and unwashed items.

To qualify:

The item must be in its original condition, tags and packaging must be intact.

For hygiene reasons, costumes, accessories, and intimate apparel such as masks or socks are non-returnable unless defective.

Items that have been purchased during final sale or clearance promotions are non-returnable and non-exchangeable.

  1. Damaged or Defective Items

Please get in contact with us within 7 days of receiving the item if it was damaged in transit or has manufacturing defects.

Please include your order number and a brief description of the issue with clear photographs.

We promise to replace the item or issue a refund as soon as this has been verified. Returns Saja Boys Costumes is proud of the quality of our products. 4. We want every fan to feel confident in their purchase.

  1. Exchanges

For select products, we currently only offer exchanges for a different size or color. To add a note for your exchange, please contact us before sending the original.

If the requested item is out of stock, we will instead provide a store credit or refund.

  1. Items Not Eligible for Return

For safety and hygiene purposes, we cannot accept returns on:

Clothing that has been worn or washed

Event, photoshoot, or performance costumes

Socks, hats, and any other personal accessories

Items on final sale or clearance

  1. Costs Associated with Return Shipping

Except when items arrive damaged or we send the wrong item, return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility. To help ensure a successful return, we recommend a shipping method that provides tracking.

You will receive an email from us as soon as we receive your return and will process the refund within 5–7 business days.

  1. Refund Policy

Refunds will be sent back to the payment method used for the order.

Take note: Refunds may take 3–10 business days to process, depending on your payment provider. Original shipping costs will not be refunded unless we made a mistake with the order.

  1. International Orders

We accept returns from international customers too. Please keep in mind:

Refunds will not be issued for duties, taxes, and customs fees.

Return shipping costs for international orders will be paid by the customer.
