Saja Boys Costumes aims to create a positive shopping experience and help with any issue within a purchase. For this to work optimally, we ask that all customers understand our return policy.
Requirements for Returns
Any return requests must be made within thirty days of purchase delivery and the items must be within the criteria of having remained unused, unworn, and unwashed.
To be eligible for a return, the following must be true:
You still have the item and it must be in its original state with all the tags attached and the original packaging still available.
Due to the nature of our items, for standard hygiene policy, costumes and accessories cannot be returned, in addition to any form of intimate apparel such as masks or socks; unless defective.
Any items that have been purchased as part of a final sale, or have been discounted in any way, are not eligible for return or exchange.
Items Under 30 Day Return Policy
Feel free to reach out and we will work with you as quickly as possible if the item was broken in transit, or if there are defects. We ask that this is completed within 7 days of item delivery date to ensure the fastest resolution.
To expedite the process, and replace or refund, we ask that you submit your order number, an explanation of the issue, and photos to help document the issue.
Saja Boys Costumes wants every supporter of the brand to feel safe with their purchase, and we believe this is the best way to ensure that for every supporter.
Exchanges
For a limited range of products, we currently only facilitate exchanges for different sizings or colors. To add a note for your exchange, please reach out to us prior to returning your original item.
We will issue either a store credit or a refund if the item requested is out of stock.
Items Not Eligible for Return
For safety and hygiene purposes, we are unable to facilitate returns for:
Costumes for events, photoshoots, or performances
Clothing that has been worn or laundered
Socks, hats, and other individual accessories
Items that are final sale or clearance
Costs Associated with Return Shipping
Return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility, except for when items are received damaged or if we send the incorrect item. To help facilitate a smooth return, we recommend a shipping method that has a tracking option.
An email will be sent to you once your return is received, and we will process the refund within 5–7 business days.
Refund Policy
Refunds will be processed to the original payment method used to place the order.
Please note that your payment provider may take 3–10 business days to process the refund. Original shipping costs will not be reimbursed unless we make an error with the order.

For International Returns
We welcome returns from our overseas customers as well. However, please note:
You will not receive a refund for any duties, taxes, or customs fees.
Customers will cover the return shipment for international orders.
